TCValkenet: It's been 25 years since they left the door of the courthouse unlocked, and I stumbled in. I've learned a little about a great many things. But most importantly, I've learned how little I truly know. The most important thing your lawyer can tell you is "I don't know, but I'll find the answer for you." Something committed to memory is static, and lawyering from memory means not moving forward with the constantly flowing currents in "the law."
